My suggestion in this case is that you visit a bookshop. There are many good booka around which give step by step insructions on using Word. Reading instruction off-screen can be quite difficult and a good book can do the job better with many novices. There used to be video tapes performing the same function, but these seem to have been replaced by multi-media tutorals on CD, which may or may not be easy for you to use. Once you have the hang of Word you will find Publisher is then easy to learn as many of the facilities & techniques are similar. Bill Revised by - Bill Williams on 7 Oct 2005 at 15:26:04
