Oops, sorry I didn't spot your message until now. Which version of Windows and of MS Word are you using? Version 5 of the script templates will not work with early versions of MS Word. Nor do the current version work on an Apple Mac. I'd be happy to send you a refund if you wish, but I can seen no trace in my records that anyone with initials TJ or name Tina has paid the admin fee.
