Are you saving in the older Word6/Office 95 format or RTF. If you do that it loses the name of the template. You need to save in the main .DOC format while working on the script. When you come to submit it you then do a SaveAS to a different name, in Word 6 format, then give that copy to the production team. To relink to the template now, drop down the Tools menu and select Templates and addins. If the correct template is not in the top field, click Attach button, locate the correct template on your hard disk, highlight it, then click Open button, finally click OK to get back to the script. Test it to see that the macros work, then save in the main .DOC format. ============= Colour Printer drivers usually have an option somewhere to print in Black/White. You can also do EDIT...Select ALL and then choose Font Colour Black, just before you print. Bill Revised by - Bill Williams on 17 Nov 2001 at 05:44:49
